Bart Decroos is an architect and writer. He obtained his doctoral degree at the University of Antwerp with a dissertation titled 'The Ecological Sensibility: Between Ruskin and Banham'. His research focuses on the intersection of ecological theory, modern architecture history and contemporary practices. Currently, he is a guest professor at the University of Antwerp and a researcher at the Flanders Architecture Institute. He is also an active editor at OASE Journal for Architecture and regularly writes for other magazines.
