About Marlies Van der Wee

Marlies Van der Wee obtained her PhD in Engineering at Ghent University. She is a study programme counsellor at the Faculty of Applied Engineering at the University of Antwerp and coordinates the Engineers of Tomorrow ecosystem at the same faculty. Engineers of Tomorrow connects engineering students, researchers, alumni, industry and institutes. The goal of the ecosystem is to identify and address opportunities on lifelong learning, labor market shortages and diversity in the engineering world.
