About Irene Landini

Irene works as a MSCA-YUFE4Postdoc at the Faculty of Social Sciences. She is affiliated to the MIGLOBA (Migration and Global Mobility) research network, University of Antwerp, and the Centre for Migration Studies, University of Essex. Her research is situated at the intersection of political science and sociology, investigating policies and practices of inclusion and exclusion of migrants and cultural and linguistic minorities in Europe. She published in several international peer reviewed journals, such as The International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy, the British Journal of Politics and International Relations and Studies in Ethnicity and Nationalism. She obtained her PhD in Politics at the Luiss Guido Carli University (2022) and she was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Trento (2022-2023).
