Over Jan Wynen

Jan Wynen is a research professor in the Department of Management. Motivated by a passion for improving organizational resilience, his work concentrates on maintaining employee health, motivation, and productivity amid internal and external challenges. His research primarily focuses on the public sector, aiming to enhance the performance of public organizations and to ultimately increase public value creation.
