Worked as manager of social policies planning (Belo Horizonte/Brazil). Researcher and professor at Fundação João Pinheiro (public foundation/Brazil) since 2008. Served as director for public policies and founded the group on State, Gender and Diversity (2014). Teaches Public Administration, State and Society in Brazil, public policies for women and management for diversity. Research agenda: administrative reforms paradigms; antifeminism; women in civil service.
