About Edwin Verberght

Dr. Edwin Verberght (°1981) is a senior researcher at the Department Transport & Regional Economics at the University of Antwerp. He is currently lecturer and organizer of the Antwerp Inland Navigation School of TransportNET and the Faculty of Business and Economics, and is affiliated with the Platina 4 research project. His research focuses on policy economics in the port and maritime sector with expertise in innovation, inland shipping and regulation. He is equiped with a broad professional experience within the quadruple helix (branche - organizations, academia, public and private sector).
