François Levrau studied Clinical Psychology and Moral Sciences and holds a PhD in Social Sciences. He is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Sociology and an education supervisor at the Centre Pieter Gillis. His research is mainly socio-philosophical in nature, which means that he combines elements from political philosophy, moral philosophy and the broad field of the social sciences. In addition to scientific papers, he regularly writes opinions for newspapers. His preferred mode of expression is the essay, in which he draws inspiration from novels and poetry.
