Raf Wollaert is a PhD fellow (FWO) and a member of the Research Centre for Visual Poetics. His doctoral research maps and analyzes the avant-garde cinema practice of Marcel Broodthaers (1924-1976). Since 2019, he has co-edited an LP edition, and organized a number of film screenings, an exhibition, as well as an international symposium, all dedicated to the artist. His most recent publication, 'Lumière sur La Haye' has appeared in Simiolus 44.
