About Seyed Reza Omranian

After receiving PhD in 2019, Seyed Reza Omranian was appointed as a doctor assistant/postdoc at the University of Antwerp-SuPAR group. Reza identifies himself as a pavement material scientist and works on several topics including bituminous materials and mixtures characterization, aging, WMA, RAP, etc. using different technologies. His research currently focuses on the construction of climate-resilient pavements, reinforcing mixtures/enhancing their performance, utilization of advanced technologies to monitor paving operations, and constructing photocatalytic pavements to eliminate pollutants.
