About Anneleen De Cuyper

Anneleen De Cuyper is a researcher at the Sociology department of the University of Antwerp. Her research focuses on sexual harassment (SH) in higher education. Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative data, she aims to get a better understanding of the reporting behavior of people who have experienced SH and the decision-making process of university members tasked with handling SH reports. Before her start at the University of Antwerp, she obtained master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology, Management and Conflict & Development, facilitating a cross-disciplinary approach.
