I am a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, within the Department of FAMPOP (Family Medicine & Population Health) (UAntwerpen) and within the Department of Communication Sciences (imec-mict) (UGent) (joint-PhD). I am working on a large-scale research project about Infant Mental Health. The first 1000 days of a new life are an important period for the further mental development of the person in question. Through qualitative research I want to investigate the missed opportunities in the preventive care trajectory for young children with regulation problems and how the mechanisms of a successful 3rd line program can be translated to the preventive care.
