Jan Wynen is a research (assistant) professor at the Management department. Driven by a desire to enhance our understanding of how organizations can navigate turbulence, he specifically examines strategies to maintain and improve occupational health and well-being. His work focuses on ensuring that employees remain healthy, motivated, and productive despite internal and external pressures. His research is mainly oriented towards the public sector context, aiming to create better-performing public organizations and ultimately increase public value creation.
