This formula includes:

  • Set-up and take-down of 1 hour before and after the activity. the rooms booked are accessible and available at that time.
  • Administrative costs
  • Support from 1 room coordinator throughout the duration of the activity in the multi-purpose room.
  • Use of the materials present, including audiovisual material
  • Half day: maximum 5 hours of activity
  • Full day: maximum 10 hours of activity

For activities lasting more than 10 hours, there is an additional charge of €45 per hour started. On Saturdays, a 50% surcharge will be charged, on Sundays a 100% surcharge.
These rates do not include VAT.
