The ISFL 2023 conference extends to a wide and diverse range of topics and methods by sharing insights in more than 310 papers from 57 jurisdictions in 67 sessions. Panels are clustered alongside their topic (partners; parents & children; the extended family) or method (international and comparative approaches; interdisciplinary approaches; and approaches pertaining to conflict handling). 

As the 2023 World Conference also marks the ISFL Golden Jubilee, a Jubilee stream covers the past and future of family law.
