During the Doctoral Day, the Antwerp Doctoral School welcomes new PhD researchers, but also offers seminars that could be of interest for PhD researchers who've already started their PhD journey. All PhD researchers are expected to attend at least once over the course of their PhD.
The next ADS Doctoral Day will take place on Tuesday 11 March 2025, on-campus (Stadscampus, building R and building D) and online via Blackboard Collaborate.
Programme

- The sessions will take place in building R and building D of the Stadscampus.
- The programme includes parallel sessions in which you can choose a session of your interest. You can indicate the session of your choice on the registration form. When your registration is confirmed, you are expected to attend and it is not possible to switch to a different parallel session.
- The sessions will not be recorded.
- The rooms are wheelchair-accessible except for the networking location. Send an email to DoctoralSchool@uantwerp.be in case you would like assistance.
- Don't forget to sign the attendance lists when you participate on-campus.

Please note:
- After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of the sessions in which you enrolled. Please use this email as your schedule for the Doctoral Day.
- By 6 March, you will receive a reminder with all practical details, including Blackboard links for online participants.
- If you enrolled for the morning plenary sessions, you are expected to watch the videos under 'Preparation' in advance.
- A no-show fee of € 50 will be charged to your educational credit if you don't show up without notifying us by 6 March 2025 (DoctoralSchool@uantwerp.be).
