If you have decided not to finish your PhD, then don’t forget to stop/cancel your enrolment as a PhD student in your SisA Selfservice. Follow the standard procedure as described in the article ‘Change your current enrolment’.
Please note that cancelling your enrolment is only possible till the end of May.
Notify the following contact persons as soon as possible about the termination:
- PhD supervisor(s)
- Faculty administrative contact person
- Antwerp Doctoral School
If you are doing a joint PhD, then please mention this clearly in your email.
