Exams and resits

The exams take place on fixed dates throughout the year. If you have a valid reason, you may take the exams on an alternative date.The fee for exams which are deferred is € 45 or € 20 for students (UAntwerp & partners) and for OCMW beneficiaries.

If you meet the requirements, you may resit the exams on a fixed date. For all Linguapolis-students the fee for the resits is € 45.

The official feedback session is the only opportunity to discuss your listening, reading and writing exams with your teacher.

If you have a recognised disability, you can request special facilities for the final exams, e.g. more examination time. To this end, you submit your medical report or certificate (in Dutch, English or French) to the responsible coordinator: els.heughebaert@uantwerpen.be.
