Can I defer my exams?
The exams take place on fixed dates throughout the year. If you have a valid reason, you may take the exams on an alternative date.The fee for exams which are deferred is € 45 or € 20 for students (UAntwerp & partners) and for OCMW beneficiaries.

Is it possible to resit the exams?
If you meet the requirements, you may resit the exams on a fixed date. For all Linguapolis-students the fee for the resits is € 45.
Important:
- You can only take the resit once
- Resits are only possible if you pass at least 2 skills
- Resits are only possible if you pass at least the speaking or writing test.

When can I discuss my exam results?
The official feedback session is the only opportunity to discuss your listening, reading and writing exams with your teacher.
I have a recognised disability. How can I apply for special facilities?
If you have a recognised disability, you can request special facilities for the final exams, e.g. more examination time. To this end, you submit your medical report or certificate (in Dutch, English or French) to the responsible coordinator: els.heughebaert@uantwerpen.be. The deadline to submit your document can be found here. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with the UAntwerp privacy policy.
