The 'Integrated Safety – Chemistry & Life Sciences' Chair was established with the support of essenscia, while the 'Safety Sciences – Sustainable Health & Safety at Work' Chair is backed by Mensura. Both partners have opted to invest in a chair that is centred on education, but at the same time strives for interdisciplinary research collaboration.
This way, both chairs focus on the integral and interdisciplinary profile that graduates of the Master of Safety Sciences should have. In addition, both chairs contribute to research and to the development of innovative solutions to safety and security challenges.
