The conference will start July 3rd at 9AM and will end July 5th 4:30PM. On July 2nd, the early career workshop will take place, as well as a welcome reception at the city hall (for the latter, a registration was required at the moment of registration).
Below you can find the practical information for people presenting during the thematic and regular sessions:
- You should aim to present for 12 minutes. This will be followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Bring your presentation on a USB stick.
- Please be sure to arrive at your presentation room at least 5 minutes before the start of the session. This will allow you to upload your presentation on the main computer.
