Abstract
The IPS IMMA is a digital human modelling tool developed in close cooperation between academy and industry. The software is currently used within the manufacturing industry and within research. The presentation will describe the motivation to start the development of a new software and give a detailed description of the current commercially available software. The presentation will end with several uses cases from industry and research projects.
Bio
Lars Hanson is Future Factory manager at Volvo Construction Equipment and part time professor at Skövde University. Hanson was the project leader for the first IPS IMMA development project and have been involved in several IPS IMMA development/improvements after that.
Anton Berce is CEO of the IPS Group. Anton started his career at Fraunhofer-Chalmers Centre and has several years of experience from Automotive Industry, applying IPS IMMA in combination with other IPS tools.
Niclas Delfs is one of the creators and currently teach lead of IPS IMMA. Niclas is specialized in mathematical modelling, optimization and digital human modelling.
