(*):    Students must present a valid proof of study at the time of registration

(**): Deadline early bird registration: 6^th December, 2024

(^): Regular registration deadline:  January 15, 2025

Possibility to register with payment via transfer. At the time of registration, €0.01 must be paid. Deadline for registration with bank transfer: December 6, 2024. Please be aware that the billing process may take up to 14 days.

Refund Policy

A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before January 1, 2025 less a 50 euro administration fee. No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after January 1, 2025. There will be no administration fee for a delegate name substitution.
