• Price: € 2.800,- excl. VAT

• ​Exhibition space*
  
• Talk - on the industry day (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
  
• Ad - 1 advertising page in the digital abstract booklet
  
• Logo - logo display on website and guide/program folder at the conference
  
• Tickets - 2 free tickets to the conference
  
• Price:  € 2.200,- excl. VAT

General arrangements:

• Exhibition booths will be allocated chronologically according to the time of order
• * Sponsoring packages are limited according the exhibition space available.
• ** Delivery deadlines for respective artwork and information must be met by the sponsor, otherwise we cannot guarantee package delivery.​

• Please also take into consideration, when ordering after the deadline of 22nd September no guarantee for the delivery of the full sponsorpackage can be given.
• Registering as a sponsor is possible till 1st of December 2024, but no guarantee for the delivery of the full sponsorpackage can be given.
