Together with the Center of Medical Genetics (CMG) and CalcUA (UAntwerp's HPC core facility), BIOMINA Core Facility organises a three-day introduction course to Linux, specifically for life scientists with no prior computational experience!

The course consists of two major parts: the first part is a gentle introduction to the Linux command line environment. The second part consists of a hands-on, beginner friendly introduction to HPC usage, with special regards to biomedical informatics analyses. The whole course is done on your own laptop.
