Admission and enrolment
Check the access requirements to ensure that you are eligible to start the programme.
If you do not hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry from a Belgian higher education institution, the Faculty of Science’s Admission Board will first have to screen your education history to determine your access to the study programme. The screening method and application deadline depends on the country where the degree was obtained and the nationality of the applicant. If you are a national of a country that is not a member state of the European Economic Area you have to apply before 1 March. Students from the European Economic Area can apply until 15 May.
If you hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree from a higher education institution in Flanders, you can go straight to the enrolment procedure. Enrolment is possible until the start of the academic year.
