Van Ypersele guest lecture

On 11 February 2020 top climatologist Jean-Pascal van Ypersele will come to UAntwerp to talk about his views on climate change.

Van Ypersele is professor of environmental sciences at UCLouvain and former vice president of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

He describes his goal as follows: "I want to put my scientific knowledge and expertise at the service of those who want to contribute to the solution of some of the most pressing environmental and developmental problems. These include climate change, in a sustainable and equitable way."

You can attend his guest lecture "Climate Change: From modelling to school strikes" at Campus Groenenborger, room G.T. 103, from 10.45 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. The guest lecture will be given in English.
