Once you have been offered a position at the University of Antwerp, there are certain immigration procedures you need to follow before coming to Belgium.
Your nationality, the type of employment at the University of Antwerp and the planned length of your stay will determine which immigration formalities need to be fulfilled to be able to work and live in Belgium.
As soon as the request for your employment has been requested to the HR Department, you will be contacted by the International Staff Office to inform you about the immigration formalities.
