Discover RECHARGE

We all need a break from time to time. Therefore we have RECHARGE, a program to restart your energy, mind and body.

Every Thursday during the Academic year, Sportsticker+ organizes the sessions Breathwork and Mindfulness. These classes take place at Prinses 16. This is a smaller room located at the City Campus that allows you to relax completely. There are no passers-by and the number of participants is limited. Each session is self-contained. RECHARGE also provides yoga and sometimes boxing classes. 

These sessions are in consultation with the student psychologist affiliated with the Antwerp University.

If you have the feeling that you ‘need more to relax’, you have the opportunity to follow the free ‘Learn the skill’ classes.

During those  3 or 4 sessions, that take place every semester, and is taught by our student psychologists, you learn how to relax, how you have to breath or how you have to control your mind. You learn techniques that provide a mental and physical boost.
