From 9 April until 7 May 2022 CEGEMI organized the exhibition Creuseurs de rêve at the Institut Français in Bukavu. The exhibition centered on the pictures taken by photographer Robert Carrubba. Over the years he has accompanied several CEGEMI researchers to visually document life and work in the mines. Carrubba also joined the health project team in 2021. At the official opening and closing of the exhibition several of CEGEMI's research projects were presented.

Du 9 avril au 7 mai 2022, le CEGEMI a organisé l'exposition Creuseurs de rêves à l'Institut Français de Bukavu. L'exposition était centrée sur les photos prises par le photographe Robert Carrubba. Au fil des ans, il a accompagné plusieurs chercheurs du CEGEMI pour documenter visuellement la vie et le travail dans les mines. Carrubba a également rejoint l'équipe du projet de santé en 2021. Lors de l'ouverture et de la clôture officielles de l'exposition, plusieurs projets de recherche du CEGEMI ont été présentés.​

Kuanzia tarehe 9 Aprili hadi 7 Mei 2022 CEGEMI iliandaa maonyesho ya Creuseurs de rêve katika Institut Français huko Bukavu. Maonyesho hayo yalihusu picha zilizopigwa na mpiga picha Robert Carrubba. Kwa miaka mingi ameandamana na watafiti kadhaa wa CEGEMI kuweka kumbukumbu za maisha na kazi katika migodi. Carrubba pia alijiunga na timu ya mradi wa afya mwaka wa 2021. Katika ufunguzi rasmi na kufungwa kwa maonyesho kadhaa ya miradi ya utafiti ya CEGEMI iliwasilishwa.
