Both the composition of our student population and that of our staff have become more diverse in recent decades. This poses new challenges and questions for our organisation and all its staff. UAntwerp wants to support its staff to integrate diversity and inclusion as much as possible into their services, educational practices and research projects. On this page we will gradualy add to this overview of the internal training courses (remote and on site) that make UAntwerp more inclusive.
We also encourage you to take a look at the broader support aimed at employee well-being: We Careπ
