Payment to the organiser (i.e. hosting faculty/institute) is made exclusively through internal settlement at the end of the academic year. This means that the faculty/institute undertakes to pay all eligible expenses beforehand and thereafter the grant is transferred by the International Relations Office after the end of the guest lectureships, provided that all supporting documents are submitted. The organiser is to submit an online application by no later than 1 October, detailing the guest lectureships of the past academic year (in this context: 1 October - 30 September) wherein it asks for a description of the educational activities and the duration of the guest lectureships.
