InnoFiNS designs business cases for specific projects in four urban living labs in Flanders (Belgium): Antwerp, Genk, Turnhout and South-West Flanders. In the living labs, new financing instruments are developed in a realistic setting with various stakeholders, which enhances the usability of the concepts and business cases developed.
