InnoFiNS designs business cases for specific projects in four urban living labs: Antwerp, Genk, Turnhout and South-West Flanders. In the living labs, innovative financing instruments are developed in a realistic setting with users, which increases the usability of the developed concepts and business cases.
In the first phase of InnoFiNS, concept notes were developed for each of the living labs. Each concept note was discussed with a group of privileged partners in a stakeholder consultation.
