Research context.
The project was an explorative research by design concerning the second fase for the redevelopment of the harbor district. Several current urban issues were addressed:
- in which morphological constellation a combination of living and the existing industry can be realized ?
- under what conditions can the mixing with industry provide an interesting living environment?
-Is the existing planning framework usable for the second phase of the redevelopment?
