Funding possibilities for academic initiatives

The University of Antwerp, in line with its philosophy of active pluralism, encourages its students and staff to organize events that aim to sensitize, inspire, inform and train the UAntwerp community with regard to Global Engagement, dialogue, inclusion, and foster global citizenship. 

We encourage proposals that bridge gaps between different perspectives and worldviews, and that enhance genuine debate, critical-constructive discussion and dialogue.  See under ‘planned events’ for a number of examples.

The Global Minds project provides funding for different opportunities for financing for students and staff and support of a variety of initiatives on the UAntwerp campuses

​VLIRUOS also included Palestine on the list of beneficiary countries for academic cooperation, allowing SI/TEAM/ITP/ICP Connect/IUC projects from now on.
