The STRATEGO Centre commits to setting up outreach activities in order to raise awareness and create engagement among a wider audience. In doing so, it aims to foster dialogue between the academic world and society, including policymakers at all levels of government, civil servant professionals, private sector practitioners, civil society actors, schools and the public at large. In doing so, STRATEGO’s objective is to reach out and promote enhanced understanding of EU governance on sustainable development to the wider society and, thus, bring the EU closer to the general public.

In order to communicate and discuss the policy and societal implications of STRATEGO members’ basic and applied research, the Centre will organise a series of thematic webinars. Each webinar will tackle a specific issue or challenge in fitting with the Centre’s focus on sustainability, trust and European governance. Speakers at these events will include both STRATEGO members and externally invited (national and international) academics and practitioners. The webinar series targets a broader audience of national and international students, academics, civil society actors, policymakers and civil servants from government, practitioners from private organisations, etc. The webinars will also be conceived as interactive events seeking the active engagement and feedback of the audience.

Updated information and announcements of the upcoming webinars will be made available below. Recordings of the different webinars will also be shared here for long-term access.
