  • Jan Wynen is a Research Professor in the Department of Management at University of Antwerp and promotor in the STRATEGO Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence. He specialises in organisational development and sustainability. His work focuses on fostering employee health, motivation, and productivity, particularly in the face of both internal and external challenges. With a strong emphasis on the public sector, his research explores strategies to build and maintain resilient organisations that thrive in complex environments.
  • Jan Boon is Assisant Professor of Public Administration in the School of Social Sciences at Hasselt University. He previously worked at the University of Antwerp, Antwerp Management School, Aarhus University and Tilburg University. His research focuses on the perceptions that citizens and stakeholders have of the government, and how the government organises itself to give citizens more insight and input into their policy and organisation. In addition, he is interested in the organisational effects of (frequent) changes and reforms in the government.
  • Chesney Callens is post-doctoral researcher in the Politics & Public Governance research group at University of Antwerp. His expertise lies in the qualitative and quantitative study of public sector innovation, collaborative innovation, collaborative governance, organisational change, network management, and decentralisation; this in public-private collaborations, central governments, and local governments.
  • Stephanie Verlinden is post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Management at University of Antwerp. Her research focuses on the impact of repeated organisational change on public organisations' capacity to adapt and employee outcomes such as role clarity, job autonomy, and organisational commitment.
