Effects of climate change
In Flanders but also internationally, climate change is associated with catastrophes and consequences beyond human control, especially with regard to floods. In a journal article, we looked how differences in the framing of climate adaptation in the Netherlands and Flanders influenced the organizational practices. By referring to existing policy frames, the article explains recent policy choices on climate change adaptation in flood management.
