Registration

  • Please register by using the online electronic registration.
  • Registration is to be done before 14th April 2023
  • To register several participants, please use separate forms
  • Registration is only valid upon confirmation of payment

Price

  • Fee 5-day course (incl. participation, documentation file, coffee/tea, welcome reception, daily meals, closing lunch and closing reception): € 1750
  • Reduced registration fee for the second participant of a company/organisation: €1500
  • Reduced registration fee for the third participant of a company/organisation: €1250
  • Registration fee per day: € 400
  • PhD/advanced student/alumni TPR registration fee 5-day course (incl. paper assignment): € 750

  • The registration fee is payable into account number: 735-0079975-35 with reference "OI130002"- your name
  • Foreign participants should also mention BIC code: KREDBEBB and Iban code: BE57 7350 0799 7535

  • Annulation cost after 17th April 2023 is € 50 administrative costs

Hotel

How to book a hotel (please follow the steps in the right order)

  • Go to the online booking tool
  • First enter code UAACB19 (in capital letters) and click on ‘Search’
  • Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’
  • You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their Best Available Rate -10%,  at that moment, including any cancellation conditions
  • Choose a hotel and book your room
