These subsites have their own navigation structure, separate from the central navigation structure. For the headers, we focus on content, readability and search engine optimisation.
Example header subsite
On its own subsite, a research group or centre can create a header with its own signature:
- Beneath the UAntwerp logo, the name of the entity is featured, combined with the home icon (= link to the homepage of this subsite).
- Beneath that, the header displays the the entity's own navigation structure, the title, a short intro and an appropriate header image.
This way, the header shows at a glance what the research group or centre stands for.
