You can
choose either a standard top-level signature or a faculty signature.
These should never be combined: use only one signature per email. Both Dutch
and English versions have been developed. You can create and save any version
in Outlook.
UAntwerp and faculties
To create your email signature it is best to use Chrome or Firefox.
Click on the signature you want to use. The HTML file opens behind login in your web browser and you see the email signature.
Select all text and logos (Ctrl + A) and copy them. It is best to do this via shortcut (Ctrl + C). On Apple computers the shortcuts are (command + A) and (command + C).

Create your signature
She/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/their
We send out e-mails daily and we make automatic assumptions about which pronouns we should use for someone. With every e-mail we often ask ourselves: am I addressing a man or a woman? By adding our pronouns in our signature, we communicate how we would like to be addressed. Moreover, we aim to inform and raise awareness about gender identity and about recognizing non-binary gender identities.
