Small molecules - Centre for Proteomics

Next to larger biomolecules (like proteins and peptides), our core facility offers the analysis of small molecules (like metabolites and nucleosides) by LC-MS instruments. Separation and characterization of these compounds can be performed on a qualitative manner but also by using a (semi-)quantitative approach like SRM. Moreover, possible modifications of these compounds (like oxidation etc.) can be investigated as well.
