Abstract
With this project, we aim to understand the impact of executives on organizational values and long-term organizational performance stability. The main goal of this project is to unravel how executives' social backgrounds affect organizational outcomes, such as long-term stability, through organizations'' espoused and enacted values concerning justice/fairness.
