Abstract
The focus of this project is to determine how political organization (political party composition) affects priorities of the government’s institutions (i.e. government expenditure, taxation), and how those priorities influence economic outcomes at regional and national level (economic growth, income inequality). It applies a multidisciplinary approach, since it uses concepts from economics, sociology, political science, and psychology.
