The European Policy for Intellectual Property (EPIP) 2025 Conference will take place at the University of Antwerp from 10 to 12 September 2025. This year’s conference theme is: Turning IP Ambitions into Action: Creating Connections, Collaborations, and Communities. The EPIP conference brings together scholars, practitioners, and policy-makers working on the economic, legal, political, and managerial aspects of intellectual property rights. EPIP2025 welcomes submissions from all disciplines relevant to these themes.
Researchers are invited to submit extended abstracts, full papers, or proposals for themed sessions that engage with the conference theme or broader topics related to intellectual property policy, innovation, and knowledge governance.

Organisation
EPIP2025 is hosted by the University of Antwerp and organised by a local committee led by Esther Van Zimmeren, with the support of Simon Geiregat, Arina Gorbatyuk, Amandine Léonard, Jasmine Meysman, Christine Frison, Johanna Vanderstraeten, Wim Vanhaverbeke, Hendrik Vanhees, and Jozefien Vanherpe.
