Developing social intrapreneurship trainings
Abstract
The concept of social intrapreneurship has emerged as a promising approach for driving social change within organizations. Social intrapreneurs leverage their entrepreneurial skills and creativity to identify and address social problems within their workplace, resulting in innovative solutions that benefit both the organization and the community. However, while the concept of social intrapreneurship has gained traction in recent years, there is a lack of standardized training programs available to support the development of these skills.
This project proposes the development of new social intrapreneurship trainings, which aim to equip employees with the tools and skills needed to identify and address social issues with innovative solutions. The trainings will be designed using a blended learning approach that incorporates online resources, interactive workshops, and mentorship opportunities. To ensure the effectiveness of the trainings, a comprehensive evaluation framework will be developed and implemented. This framework will assess the trainings' impact on participants' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior related to social intrapreneurship, as well as their ability to implement social intrapreneurial projects within their organizations. Overall, the proposed social intrapreneurship trainings have the potential to drive positive social impact and foster a culture of innovation within organizations. By equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to become social intrapreneurs, organizations can not only address social problems but also create new business opportunities and enhance their reputation as socially responsible entities.
