The executive board is responsible for operationalizing the policy lines set out by the Steering Committee. The executive board is composed of ex officio members:

- Els De bruyn (head of research Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp)
- Kevin Voets (head of research Royal Conservatoire Antwerp)
