Research Funding
ARIA research is funded from multiple sources. ARIA researchers have been supported by ERC, FWO, Creative Europe, the Rights, Equality and Citizenship and the Erasmus + programmes of the EU. Four-year doctoral grants for artistic research (half time), as well as one ad two-year projects in artistic research (half time) are funded from 'additional research resources' (the former 'academization resources') on behalf of the schools of art: Sint Lucas Antwerp (Karel de Grote Hogeschool), Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and Royal Conservatoire Antwerp (AP Hogeschool).
