Research mission

The Centre for Ethics is part of the philosophy department of the University of Antwerp. It organizes research and teaching in moral philosophy, bringing together researchers who specialize in meta-ethics and moral psychology, history of ethics, political philosophy and applied ethics (bio-ethics, business ethics). Members of the Centre take part in public debates and set up international networks. They also teach various courses in ethics and political philosophy to philosophy students and other students of the university.
