Als voorzitter van ENCATC, het Europees netwerk van opleidingen in cultuurmanagement en -beleid, schreef prof. Annick Schramme mee aan het "Brussels Manifesto": "it is the first-ever document of its kind on Arts Management, Cultural Management and Policy Education."
Het manifest duidt de huidige behoeften en toekomstvisies van onderwijzers, onderzoekers, culturele actoren en overheden om vooruitgang te boeken op het gebied van cultuurmanagement en -beleid. Met het document willen de auteurs kwesties aankaarten en dialoog ontwikkelen.
Het manifest kwam tot stand in samenwerking met ENCATC, the European network on cultural management and policy, AAAE, the Association of Arts Administration Educators, and TACPS, the Taiwan Association of Cultural Policy Studies.
