Helga Luku obtained her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tirana, where she acquired a solid theoretical and practical knowledge of jurisprudence, as well as a strong foundation in research methodologies and critical thinking. She subsequently pursued a Master's degree in International and European Law from the University of Antwerp, where she further developed her analytical, research, and communication skills, as well as her ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Her personal motivation to pursue a PhD project stems from her passion for European Law, her curiosity about unresolved questions and challenges in this field, and her desire to make meaningful contributions to knowledge and society.
